Super Simple Last Minute Christmas Card

 A half sheet of cardstock, and one sheet of amazing One Horse Open Sleigh 6"x6" DSP will give you a stunning Christmas Card

Cut cardstock at 4 1/4" x 11", score @ 4 1/4" and 5 1/2"
Cut DSP as desired to create  one 1" x 4" and one 4"x4" section
Emboss the DSP as desired
Fold cardstock in half, then adhere the 1 1/4" section of the front to the back, leaving a 4 1/4" 'flap' loose.
Adhere embossed DSP pieces to corresponding sections of card front.
Stamp your sentiment on a 3/4" x 2 3/8" piece of Basic White Cardstock 
Adhere to 7/8" x 2 1/2" scrap of matching cardstock.
Use dimensionals to adhere as desired.

Delightful Wishes Meets Country Woods

  I received a fun fold card from my Upline, Lisa Curcio, and a Workshop Hostess wanted to make that card for her workshop.  I didn't have the bundle, so I had to get creative! The original used Cheerful Daisies Bundle, but I substituted Delightful Wishes, a new Online Exclusive. The card base is Pool Party 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock, cut to 4 1/4" x 7, scored at 5 1/2".  Round all corners. Cut the Pool Party design from Country Woods DSP to 4 1/4" x 1 1/2", and round the bottom corners.  Adhere to the top flap of the Pool Party card base. Cut 2 pieces of Basic White CS, one at 4" x 5 1/4" (front) and one at 3 3/4" x 5 1/4" (insert).  The front is slightly larger to completely hide the insert. Stamp a sentiment on the front panel, off to one side.  I used 'You're simply Marvelous' from the retired Perennial Postage Stamp Set.  I just love those sentiments! Green Foil Embossed Trees

Adhere the 2" wide green panel to the white, before you run through the embossing folder. The red foil is cut 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" and adhere to the front of a standard A2 card base. The sentiment is from the set Christmas Labels, stamped in real red. The little red gems are retired Stampin' Up. Inside, I like to put a quarter inch strip of something to coordinate with the front right along the right edge. That gives a little extra stability to the card back, in case you don't want to do multiple layers. Helpful tip, if you're adhering embossed layers, especially to foil, use a bit of liquid glue on the edges as well as the adhesive. This one's tending to pull up a bit on the edges :-(

Seaside Wishes in Pretty Peacock

  I love this color combination using the new Seaside Wishes Bundle.  The Hybrid Embossing folder is just amazing!  I used a blending brush to add Crumb Cake ink and Pretty Peacock ink to the sand dollar images in the top portion of the folder, then used the dies to emboss and cut the 3 sand dollars out at once.  The definition it gives the sand dollar is beautiful! I also stamped the large and small star fish in Pretty Peacock & Copper Clay, and die cut them to add dimension.  The DSP is from the Country Woods 12" x 12" DSP.  This pretty wood print is actually the back side of one of the sheets.  I also used a torn strip of Crumb Cake cardstock across the center of the card.  The sentiment is stamped in Pretty Peacock, and punched with the Labeled with Love Punch.  I felt it was a little too big for the area I left for it, so I trimmed the top and bottom.
